Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Recruiter to join our team.

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

Please note: We are specifically looking for a recruiter with experience in hiring blue-collar workers, particularly within the F&B, Cleaning, and Security industries.

Candidates must also be familiar with the Work Permit (WP), S Pass (SP), and Employment Pass (EP) application procedures with MOM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms including MyCareersFuture
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics
  • Ensure compliance with fair hiring practices and employment regulations

Requirements

  • Possess a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification
  • Legally eligible to work in Singapore
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Customer-focused, target-driven, and motivated to take on challenges
  • Proficient in conducting different types of interviews
  • Familiar with end-to-end recruitment processes and maintaining candidate databases
  • Ability to design and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Good working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in recruiting blue-collar workers in the F&B, Cleaning, or Security industries
  • Strong knowledge of WP, SP, and EP application procedures with MOM
