Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Assist with onboarding activities and new hire documentation.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels.
- Handle daily Phone Calls and Incoming/outgoing emails.
- Familiar with local employment act and good HR practices.
- Work with operations department to understand job requirements and develop clear job descriptions.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Attends recruitment seminars, job fair, and events.
- Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility & work effectively both independently & with a team.
- Any others ad-hoc duties assigned.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
