Responsibilities:
- Drive efficient and high-performing recruitment operations to achieve organizational fulfillment targets
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across job clusters, ensuring readiness to meet client demands.
- Optimize workflows, performance metrics, and resource allocation to improve fulfillment rates and operational efficiency.
- Ensure alignment between Recruitment Operations activities and Industry Unit objectives, delivering on both client and organizational expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
- Min 3 years of recruitment experience (agency experience preferred), with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Leadership and team management skills to oversee multiple roles and functions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Decision-making on resource allocation, prioritization, and process improvements
- Ability to balance short-term operational needs with long-term strategic goals
