Job description

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager / Senior Associate at Royal Ocean Marine.

You will be responsible for generating recruitment sectors and industries to ensure successful sourcing, hiring, and P/L of the department, as well as maintaining commitment to our clients in the industry.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract and retain high-caliber candidates and clients.

You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance on market trends and industry best practices.

Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications and skills.

Your strong leadership skills, along with extensive recruitment experience, will enable you to mentor and support the recruitment team in achieving their goals while upholding high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the recruitment teams/pillars to ensure successful sourcing and hiring of top talent
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes
  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on market trends and best practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and skills
  • Mentor and support the recruitment team in achieving their goals
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation

Good prospects for leading a team and starting new industries.

Competitive commission and package for those able to produce results.

Profit sharing for those able to generate KPI P/L.

Must be capable of bringing in clients or having sufficient leads.
