Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our organization and lead our recruitment efforts.

As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs and support our growth objectives.

You will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with our organizational goals and hiring needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and create comprehensive recruitment plans.

  • Talent Sourcing and Attraction:Implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms, to identify potential candidates.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and establishing relationships with candidates.

  • Screening and Selection:Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.

Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and making final hiring decisions.

  • Employer Branding:Enhance our organization's employer brand by developing and promoting a positive and attractive image to potential candidates.

Implement strategies to showcase our company culture, values, and unique selling points to attract top talent.

  • Recruitment Process Management:Streamline and optimize the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience.

Implement and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to facilitate the hiring process and track candidate data.

  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:Develop and analyze recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire metrics.

  • Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of recruitment activities, including job descriptions, interview notes, and candidate records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record in attracting and hiring high-quality talent.

  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies and decisions.

  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
