This dedicated administrative role focuses exclusively on the end-to-end onboarding of new hires
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely and accurate setup across all platforms and systems.
Coordinate logistics required for Day 1 readiness, including system access provisioning, equipment allocation, workspace setup, and documentation flow.
Liaise with HR, IT, and hiring managers to confirm onboarding timelines, role-specific requirements, and compliance checkpoints.
Maintain meticulous records of onboarding progress, flagging delays or discrepancies proactively.
Ensure all onboarding actions meet internal audit and regulatory standards, with particular attention to data integrity and confidentiality.
Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding queries from internal stakeholders and new hires.
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong focus on onboarding or HR operations.
Familiarity with enterprise systems and onboarding workflows, ideally within financial institutions or similarly regulated environments.
High attention to detail, process discipline, and ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
