Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for a Recruitment Researcher to help our consultants source and engage top candidates.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist consultants in sourcing and identifying potential candidates.

  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

  • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate communication.

  • Manage candidate database and recruitment administration.

  • Conduct market research on talent trends and salary benchmarks.

  • Support business development when required (~20% of role).

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field.

  • Interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
