Overview:
As a Recruitment Researcher, you will support the recruitment team by identifying, mapping, and engaging top talent for client organizations.
This role is critical in building strong candidate pipelines and providing market intelligence to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Pre-screen and qualify candidates against client requirements.
- Market Intelligence
Gather insights on industry trends, competitor movements, and talent availability.
Provide research reports to consultants and clients to support recruitment strategy.
- Candidate Engagement
Reach out to potential candidates, presenting opportunities in a professional and engaging manner.
Manage initial candidate communications and schedule interviews with consultants.
Ensure accurate candidate records are maintained in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Team Support
Work closely with Recruitment Consultants and Managers to deliver on client mandates.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, advertisements, and search briefs.
Support administrative tasks related to recruitment projects.
