Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team (Recruiters, Coordinators, other Sourcers) & hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure business needs and goals are fulfilled.


Develop a holistic understanding of the business and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners.


Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects, and optimize current processes to improve recruiting efficiency.


Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and valuable market intelligence to support business growth.


Ensure a great candidate experience and promote TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.

Qualifications
Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean, LinkedIn, and other sourcing techniques) to identify & engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space.


Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.


Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners.


At least 2 years of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting).


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing large data sets to support business strategies.
