Responsibilities
- Responsible for account management
- Liaising and managing the business relationship between clients and candidates
- Cold calling and business development activities to connect with new clients to establish relationships
- Business development through sourcing for new clients and developing long term relationships with potential candidates
- Conducting of interviews and assess the aptness of potential candidates
- Overseeing the selection process from the beginning to the end, headhunting/sourcing for suitable candidates, conducing interviews and assessing the aptness of potential candidates
- Achieving and hitting sales target
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Business Studies or any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience
- Experience working in a sales or business development role is an added advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms is a plus
- Require to take CEI license
