Thomson Reuters is looking for a curious and energetic Regional Account Executive with a good understanding of SaaS sales and value based solution selling.
The Corporates business unit sells the entire Tax and Trade SaaS solutions portfolio where the individuals act as the CEOs of their territories – building territory strategies, account plans, aligning GTM resources to consistently exceed sales quotas.
You will be driving the overall territory strategy with technical support available from product specialists, solution consultants and solution engineers.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Regional Account Executive, you will be focusing on:
Revenue: Consistently achieve (and exceed) quotas in direct, solution-led technology sales.
Territory Planning & Account Strategy: Build and execute account plans to hit targets; identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities across the Singapore/South East Asia markets.
Discovery: Examine current prospect workflows, surface business challenges, and align recommendations to strategic objectives using customer use cases and value hypotheses.
Solution Selling: Translate customer needs into tailored solution architectures and compelling value propositions.
About You
You are a fit for the role of Regional Account Executive if your background includes:
A Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
At least 5 – 10 years of individual sales experience.
Ability to travel across South East Asia as and when required.
Experience using MEDDIC.
Experience in helping the clients understand ROI and complex contract negotiations.
Fluent English and ability to speak an additional South East Asian language is an advantage.
High level of proficiency in using SFDC.
