The Regional Account Manager role is responsible for driving business development within assigned local, regional, and/or global accounts, fostering strong relationships within client organizations.
The role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels to achieve these goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive account strategy focusing on customer satisfaction and business growth
- Act as the main point of contact for all strategic matters related to assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and support
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders across different regions to align on account priorities and deliverables
- Lead regular account reviews to ensure that service delivery aligns with agreed-upon standards and performance metrics
- Present effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across diverse regions and cultures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of account management experience, including at least 1-2 years in the HR solutions industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
