Regional APAC Product Manager – Electrical Low Voltage Products
We are seeking a dynamic
Regional APAC Product Manager
to lead the growth and competitiveness of our Low Voltage Products portfolio (ACBs, MCCBs, MCBs, RCCBs, SPDs, Contactors, Variable Speed Drives, Soft Starters, etc.).
Based in our regional headquarters, this role connects global strategy with regional priorities and local execution—driving profitability, market adoption, and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Shape regional product and pricing strategy to maximize competitiveness and profitability.
Act as the bridge between global, regional, and country teams, ensuring alignment and execution.
Drive successful new product launches and market adoption with tailored go-to-market strategies.
Provide market and customer insights across distributor, panel builder, OEM, and contractor ecosystems.
Strengthen channel strategies and equip sales teams with value-based tools and training.
Monitor portfolio performance and translate results into strategic action plans.
Success Measures
Growth in sales, market share, and profitability.
Strong adoption and revenue from new product introductions.
Effective influence across global, regional, and local stakeholders.
Tangible strengthening of the regional portfolio strategy.
Ideal Profile
7–10 years’ experience in product management/marketing for Low Voltage or related industrial products.
Expertise in pricing, competitive analysis, and regional product marketing.
Strong understanding of distributor, panel builder, OEM, and contractor ecosystems.
Proven stakeholder management and influence across multiple levels.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, in order to communicate with HQ stakeholders.
Commercially oriented, data-driven, and execution-focused.
