Regional Brand and NPD Project Manager (1 Year Contract)
Job Description
This is an individual contributor role that works closely with the Regional Head of Marketing to manage the JDE Brands at the Asia level.
Partner with agencies to develop campaigns and ensure timely delivery of assets to local markets.
Support the Head of Marketing (HOM) in executing brand strategies and plans with local markets to drive recruitment, penetration of new users, and user retention.
Contribute to a winning sales and marketing team culture with strong collaboration and a growth mindset.
Foster strong external and internal relationships and trust through regular feedback for regional projects and local campaigns, aligned with CBM ways of working.
Collaborate proactively with local and cross-functional teams, establishing joint KPIs.
New Product Development (NPD)
Lead multiple projects, working with the HOM and cross-functional teams to secure project milestone approvals (I4G/A4E).
Support the HOM in portfolio review, pricing, claims development with Legal/Regulatory, and financial readiness.
Assist in artwork development, ensuring timely delivery of artwork and copy decks for launches.
Assist the HOM with other duties such as PO creation.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
At least 2 years managing multi-market portfolios.
At least 3 years of NPD project management experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong marketing fundamentals and a proven track record in marketing and performance.
Good analytical skills.
Willingness to be hands-on.
Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
