Job Title: Regional Customer Success Engineers (US X 1 and Asia X 3)

With its HQ in Singapore, Xnergy is expanding its current geographical branches, into the key market of US/LATAM.
The Customer Success Engineer serves as the technical liaison between company and its clients' engineers, ensuring software or hardware solutions are effectively implemented and tailored to meet customer needs.
The role blends engineering expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and strong customer engagement to deliver and support high-quality solutions.
The US role will be based in Detroit with domestic travels while the Asia role will be based in Singapore with regional travels.
Customer Success Engineers Asia could be seconded to other regional offices for 1-3 years during their tenure with the company.
Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting
· Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve technical issues.
· Analyze system requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
· Debug, diagnose, and fix application or performance issues in local and remotely.
2.
Product Development & Customization
· Adapt existing software or hardware to meet specific client requirements.
· Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of custom applications.
· Provide feedback to product teams for continuous improvement.

Customer Interaction
· Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and technical needs.
· Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients use solutions effectively.
· Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4.
Project Management
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
· Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
· Create documentation and reports for stakeholders.
5.
Sales and Pre-Sales Support
· Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including demos and presentations.
· Assist in drafting proposals and technical requirements for potential clients.
