Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.**Regional Food Coordinator****What this job involves:****Client Relationship & Strategic Alignment*** Serve as the primary point of contact for client food program leaders.* Lead regular business reviews (monthly, quarterly) to report on performance, insights, and innovations.* Collaborate with the client to evolve service strategy based on feedback, budget, and usage trends.**Team Leadership & Staffing*** Manage and coach the on-site vendor team; ensure staffing levels meet contractual requirements.* Oversee training and development plans for new onboarding BPOs* Ensure team culture reflects client expectations (e.g., hospitality mindset, professionalism).* Guide and support on-site teams (e.g., food coordinators, chefs, catering leads) to ensure service excellence.**Performance Management*** Track and report key metrics (e.g., satisfaction scores, participation rates, food waste, budget variance).* Identify service gaps and lead resolution planning in collaboration with on-site leads.**Compliance & Risk Management*** Support internal and external audits and take corrective actions when required.* Ensure vendors and subcontractors align with the client’s ethical and operational standards.* Ensures food safety processes are managed, mitigated and prevented.**Innovation & Program Development*** Recommend and implement service innovations (e.g., new menu concepts, sustainability initiatives).* Collaborate on seasonal campaigns, wellness themes, or cultural events aligned to the client's goals.* Minimum of four years of relevant experience in office operations within the Food and Beverage industry.
A background in hospitality or business is preferred.* Demonstrated strong organizational abilities, proficiency in multi-tasking, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy and dynamic work environment.
Willingness to embrace challenges, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Capacity to maintain high energy levels in a fast-paced setting, with a keen attention to detail.
