Job Description
The Regional Head of Service & Operations will lead service delivery teams across APAC, ensuring high-quality installation, commissioning, and maintenance of data center infrastructure & systems while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
They will oversee daily sales operations, streamline workflows, and support forecasting and reporting.
Financial oversight includes managing accounts receivable and payable processes in collaboration with finance.
The role also involves directing regional projects, optimizing resources, and ensuring profitability.
Acting as a key liaison across departments, the Regional Head of Service & Operations will drive resource planning, cross-functional alignment, lead participation in regional events, and implement process improvements.
Additionally, they will mentor teams, foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
