Job Description

- Drive organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives regionally
- Support change management and organisational development efforts
- Partner with business leaders to align workforce planning with operational needs
- Oversee HR policies, processes, and systems implementation across the region
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as an HR leader or regional HR manager, ideally within industrial or technology sectors
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives to business objectives
- Excellent knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices across multiple countries
- Skilled in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management
- Effective communicator and influencer, able to build strong relationships with senior leaders and diverse teams
- Adaptable and proactive, comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management and foster a positive organisational culture
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making
