Overview

Regional HR Manager | Multinational
Frazer Jones is exclusively partnering with a renowned MNC in their search for a Regional HR Manager.

This role will contribute strategically to critical HR initiatives and projects that are being rolled out regionally across SEA as a core focus.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • As the Regional HRBP, you will take full ownership of the HR strategy and HR operations for the regional office.

  • Working very closely with the respective business leaders, you will be aligning HR initiatives with the business leaders’ strategic priorities.

  • These include but are not limited to, fostering positive workplace culture, managing employee relations (including resolving complex cases), and driving conversations centred around attracting, developing and retaining talents.

  • In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training & development, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

  • You will assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and internal standards.

Ideal Profile

The client requires a hands-on HR Generalist with at least 10 years of experience in the HR field.

You must have prior experience in a regional HRM/HRBP role with a Southeast Asia remit (minimally Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand) with the proven track record to be self-directed and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is also required.
