Job Description:
Regional HR Projects
- Collaborate with the Regional HR Manager and cross-functional project teams to deliver key milestones on time and within budget
- Plan, research, and execute regional HR projects, ensuring deliverables are clearly defined and progress is effectively communicated to stakeholders
- Partner with regional management, HR leaders, and external partners to enhance project outcomes and ensure successful implementation
- Prepare and analyze HR reports for management review
- Manage project logistics, meetings, and documentation
- Support the Regional HR Manager in ad-hoc regional or global HR initiatives as assigned
Project Scope May Include:
- Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Talent Management
- HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Performance Management
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in regional HR operations, with a focus on compensation and benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance in the Asia Pacific region, particularly in compensation practices.
- Proven experience in project management, with hands-on execution responsibilities.
- Prior experience in a multicultural or regional environment is an advantage
