Overview
The Regional Human Resource (HR) Specialist will primarily manage global and regional HR projects, aligning with Company HQ Global HR direction and operational functions for the Human Resources Division in Singapore Entity.
Responsibilities
- The Regional HR Specialist will be responsible for the project management, coordination and execution of global and regional HR projects in alignment with Company HQ Global HR direction.
- Work with the Regional HR Manager to roll out and execute global and regional HR projects across SEA in alignment with corporate strategies.
- Lead and coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables and communications to ensure effective project execution.
- Partner with key stakeholders including HQ HR, Regional Management, Local HR leaders, and external partners for the implementation and delivery of HR projects.

- Compensation & Benefits (Job Grading, Salary Benchmarking)
- Talent Management (Training & Succession Planning)
- HR Information System (Workday Implementation)
- Performance Management
- Employee Engagement (Global Employee Engagement Survey)
- Independently lead the planning, research, management and end-to-end execution of various HR Projects and ensure key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders.
- Preparation, analysis and consolidation of HR data and reports for management when required.
- Manage all HR project and meeting logistics.
- Support the preparation of regional HR meetings, workshops, and communication sessions, ensuring follow-up and documentation of key actions.
- Provide support to Regional HR Manager on all additional ad-hoc requests on specific global or regional HR Projects.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of HR generalist background with experience in various HR improvement projects.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in regional HR corporate practices and C&B administration.
- Good understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance in Asia Pacific, especially around compensation practices.
- Knowledge and experience in hands-on project management.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Must be comfortable with some traveling to Asia Region.
