Overview
Our client, a leading global lifestyle brand, is seeking a Key Account Manager to strengthen commercial partnerships and drive business growth across the Southeast Asia region.
This role will be responsible for managing key retail and distribution partners, optimizing channel performance, and ensuring strong alignment with brand and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for all account-specific matters, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Achieve or exceed revenue and volume targets across assigned accounts.
Develop and implement regional marketing and sales plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Partner with the Merchandising and Marketing teams to optimize channel segmentation and brand visibility.
Ensure timely product delivery and payment collection with support from the Customer Service team.
Plan and execute store expansions and upgrades in alignment with company goals.
Conduct monthly business reviews with partners to assess performance and growth potential.
Provide regular management reports on Sell-In, Sell-Out, and Inventory performance.
Collaborate with regional leadership to identify new market and channel opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years of relevant experience in apparel, footwear, or consumer goods.
Strong project management and strategic planning skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; SAP experience (MM/SD modules) preferred.
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
