Role: Regional Project Manager (Thai-speaker)
Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-focused software development projects that enhance core banking solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with regional product owners and technical teams to define project scope, gather requirements, and develop detailed project plans.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and within-scope delivery of projects.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and assess project risks related to AI implementation and core banking operations, developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives and enhance overall efficiency.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in Fintech or banking software/systems vendor.
- Experience in delivering software development projects in banking or financial services.
- Good understanding of core banking operations, regulatory requirements, or familiarity with emerging AI trends.
- Strong leadership experience, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English, and in Thai language is required to manage Thai-speaking clients in Thailand.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
