Based in Singapore, this role will play a pivotal part in elevating the brand's image, shaping communications, and coordinating public relations efforts across high-growth regions.
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy regional public relations strategies in alignment with global and regional marketing objectives.
- Manage public relations agencies and coordinate closely with local market teams (China, Japan, Korea, India, Australia).
- Lead media relations and press activities - including press releases, interviews, and executive communications.
- Support dealers in local public relations activations and events, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with HQ guidelines.
- Oversee regional public relations budget, monitor media coverage, and provide post-event analysis and reports.
- Partner with HQ and regional stakeholders on crisis management, content approval, and messaging consistency.
Profile
A successful Regional Public Relations Manager should have:
- 8+ years' experience in Public Relations or Communications
- Proven regional exposure across Asia-Pacific markets
- Proven experience in developing and executing regional communications strategies across multiple markets.
- Strong skills in media relations, press management, and agency oversight.
- Experience in event planning and execution for high-profile brand activations and launches.
- Ability to analyze media coverage, report insights, and measure public relations impact.
- Strategic thinker with excellent storytelling and messaging skills, able to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing cross-cultural teams and remote coordination across multiple markets.
- Strong organizational, project management, and budget oversight capabilities.
- Experience in crisis communications and reputation management.
