Responsibilities
- To Monitor and analyze regional market trends and practices, assessing program competitiveness and developing solutions aligned with total rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Able to lead program design discussions, annual deployment, post-implementation reviews, and continuous enhancements.
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and cost modeling to evaluate reward program trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Design and implement rewards programs, policies, and guidelines while providing strategic consultation to business and country HR leaders.
- Partner with country HR teams to deliver tailored rewards solutions, gather feedback, and ensure governance, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage position evaluations, develop salary structures, and conduct compensation competitiveness analyses to guide salary budgeting and talent strategies.
- Collaborate with HRIS on digitalization initiatives and with Finance on program budgeting across the region.
- Drive compensation and benefits projects, initiatives, and other related responsibilities as required.
