Regional Channel Leader
to take ownership of distributor partnerships and execute impactful commercial strategies.
This is a
pivotal mid-level leadership role
ideal for someone with
regional experience
and a strong grasp of
channel dynamics in healthcare .
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage
distributor performance , POS execution, inventory optimization, and compliance across the region.
Expand coverage,
rationalize channel partners , and support sell-in/sell-out growth via tailored incentive programs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, education, and commercial excellence teams to enable partner success.
Drive
digital enablement
and support
eCommerce transformation
in the channel.
Analyze market trends, manage forecasts, and proactively identify new business opportunities.
Ensure alignment with
corporate standards, ethics , and strategic goals.
What You Bring
8+ years of experience managing
distributors/channel sales
in
medical/dental or consumer health devices .
Strong background in
channel strategy, commercial operations, sales analytics , and ERP/CRM systems.
Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build strategic alliances.
Experience working across
regional
markets
A data-driven mindset and passion for growing business through smart partnerships.
