Motorola Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader/Sales Director for South East Asia with a proven track record in government and enterprise sales.
Responsibilities
Lead a dynamic sales team to drive sales efforts across all product lines and services for our government and enterprise markets in the South East Asia region
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
Identify, cultivate, and close deals with new and existing customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and decision-makers
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share
Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients and stakeholders
Attend industry events and represent Motorola Solutions in a professional and engaging manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
Provide management with sales forecasts, market trends and competitive analysis
Basic Requirements
Proven sales experience in the government and enterprise sector
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
Proficient in strategic planning and business development
Ability to travel as required
Knowledge of the South East Asia market
Travel Requirements
