Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute accurate demand forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet market demand
Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) process, participating in monthly consensus meetings with sales, finance and supply chain teams
Analyze inventory trends and implement strategies to reduce excess stock, improve turnover rates, and mitigate supply constraints
Act as a liaison between sales, operations and commercial customer service to address demand-supply imbalances, optimizing availability and revenue generation
Analyze pricing elasticity and competitive trends to inform strategic pricing decisions
Conduct profitability and margin analysis to identify portfolio enhancements and revenue optimization opportunities
Prepare and present business performance reports, highlighting revenue drivers, market risks, and growth opportunities
Collaborate with sales, finance and marketing leadership to align Go to Market strategies and optimize sales plans Requirements: Degree in Business / Engineering
At least 7 years of experience in demand planning, sales planning.
Experience in commercial pricing analytics, promotional analysis, and profitability modeling
Strong business acumen and analytical skills with a solid understanding of P&L managemen
