Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition Growth Markets, APME at HCLTech
We are seeking a highly experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead regional delivery operations and manage end-to-end application services.
The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in handling customers, managing AMS (Application Management Services) engagements, and leading global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for regional delivery operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all engagements.
- Oversee and manage Applications Delivery for the assigned region, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead customer relationship and stakeholder management, acting as a trusted advisor to key business stakeholders.
- Manage demand planning and delivery for the defined scope of work within the region, ensuring efficient resource utilization and prioritization.
- Handle AMS engagements, ensuring service level adherence, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with global teams, managing cross-regional coordination and ensuring consistent service standards.
- Oversee and manage delivery for ERP (SAP), Open/Custom Applications, Platform Support, and Digital Technologies, ensuring stable operations and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring proactive issue management.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership on delivery performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, governance, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in service delivery management, customer handling, and AMS engagements.
- Proven experience in managing global teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- Strong experience in managing ERP (SAP), Open/Custom Applications, Platform Support, and Digital Technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage demand planning, resource allocation, and delivery for large engagements.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on operational excellence.
- Experience working in structured delivery frameworks with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.
