Regional Store Project Manager

A luxury beauty/personal care brand client is looking for a dynamic SEA Store Project Manager to join its Singapore office.

Reporting to the regional head of division, this individual contributor role will manage the South-east Asia retail store projects and special projects/events, achieving on-brand, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Note: this is a confidential search, as such, the luxury beauty/personal care brand client name will not be discussed at the initial stage of conversation

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of retail store projects in SEA countries, including CAPEX budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, construction, merchandising, and retail operations
• Oversee vendor relationships (architects, contractors, etc) and ensure on-time, on-budget and on-brand delivery
• Develop and implement project plans using established project management methodologies
• Manage project risks and identify and implement mitigation strategies
• Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure all projects comply with company policies, safety regulations, and brand guidelines

Key requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail stores project management (luxury would be highly advantageous)
• Strong understanding of retail/beauty store construction and renovation processes
• Proven track record of delivering retail store projects on time, on budget, on brand
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
