About this opportunity The Senior Performance Effectiveness Partner, APAC is responsible for optimizing business and sales performance by developing, implementing, and refining performance measurement frameworks.
This role involves analyzing key metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and overall business outcomes.

Role expectations
In this role, you will…
- Performance Measurement & Optimization Develop and implement performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track business and sales effectiveness.
- Analyze productivity, revenue, and operational efficiency data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct benchmarking to enhance performance strategies.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business operations and propose data-driven solutions.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and local sales effectiveness teams to enhance effectiveness and productivity.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize workflows and maximize efficiency.
- Communicate opportunities and gaps and improvements to markets.
- Evaluate and refine incentive programs to align with business goals, achievements and motivate sales teams.
- Develop What-If scenario models for sales teams to forecast potential earnings and target achievements.
- Ensure transparency and visibility in sales performance data and payout calculations.
- Leverage AI, automation, and analytics tools to enhance performance tracking and reporting.
- Partner with global AI teams to implement AI-driven recommendations for performance improvement.
- Contribute to machine learning developments and insights-driven decision-making.
- Support the digitalization of performance management systems.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, computer science, related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 8+ years in performance management, sales effectiveness or business operations.
- Analytical: Strong ability to analyze KPIs, sales data and performance trends.
- Technical: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com), analytical tools, PWBI, and AI-driven platforms.
- Communication: Strong ability to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, sales effectiveness, local teams).
- Languages: Excellent command of spoken and written English; business Mandarin is preferred.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Able to adapt to changing environments with an entrepreneurial outlook, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
