Relief Admin Assistant (Condo / Property)
Provide temporary admin support at a condo/property office.
Handle calls, emails, and front desk reception
Assist residents with forms, access cards, and bookings
Maintain records and issue circulars
Log parcels and contractor visits
Support the Condo Manager and perform basic clerical tasks
Basic computer skills
Good communication
Able to work independently
Condominium Manager
Manage daily condo operations and ensure smooth property maintenance.
Supervise staff and contractors (security, cleaning, maintenance)
Handle resident issues and feedback
Oversee maintenance, compliance, and renovation works
Manage budgets and reports with the managing agent
Liaise with council members and conduct meetings
Experience in condo/property management
Strong leadership and communication
Familiar with BMSMA
