Core Responsibilities:
Lead business growth in German and European markets, participate in generating growth strategy and carry out execution
Lead local fiat/new user growth and business development activities
Build relationship with local projects, KOLs, communities and other potential partners
Explore new business ideas and strategic initiatives aligned to the road map of the company
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a business development role focusing on partnership and user growth
Strong knowledge in European market
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets
A resourceful self-starter and tenacious problem-solver, willing to roll up one’s sleeves to meet client needs and improve client experience
Passionate about the crypto industry
Detail-oriented, results focused individual who can work with B2 English and German speaker
