100% Work from Home (Singapore-based)
Permanent night shift: 7pm – 3am (5 days/week, 2 rotational rest days)
Base salary up to S$5,000 per month (excluding monthly incentive)
Professional training will be provided
Key Scope:
Provide accurate real-time interpretation between English and Mandarin for individuals with language barriers
Handle telephone and/or video calls on-demand across a wide range of industries including healthcare, insurance, law enforcement, and emergency services
Deliver professional, culturally sensitive, and objective interpretation
Apply appropriate industry terminology and procedures across diverse call types.
The ideal candidate should be/have:
Proficient in English, with bilingual skills in Mandarin , enabling smooth communication with China external customers is required
Those with prior call centre / translation experience would be highly considered
Applicant without direct experience but with
strong linguistic proficiency in English and Mandarin,
are welcome to apply
Strong listening, retention, and note-taking skills to ensure high accuracy
Ability to remain neutral, professional, and objective at all times
Capable of quickly building personal credibility while following client instructions closely
Able to explain cultural nuances when necessary to avoid miscommunication
