Job Title: Remote Recruiter (Philippines Focus)
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our remote team.
This role will be primarily focused on sourcing and hiring top talent in the Philippines.
You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding skilled professionals who align with our company's values and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates from various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Candidate Screening and Selection: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their applications and providing timely feedback.
- Recruitment Process: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to building a strong employer brand in the Philippines by promoting our company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network with potential candidates and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on the Philippines market.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine labor market and recruitment trends.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Fluency in English is essential.
