Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will provide remote technical support for maintenance technicians in identifying the root cause and corrective solution.

You will be responsible for providing 24/7 analytics and support, configuring and repairing devices and connections, logging cases to a tool, and assigning/directing cases to relevant experts or escalating globally.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to train local centers and create quality reports after remote support and/or site visits.

You will also identify proactively root causes for issues and forward corrective actions according to requirements.
