We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Renewals Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end renewal sales cycle.
In this role, you will work closely with customers and collaborate with internal teams—including Account Executives, Solution Architects, Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal—to maximize retention and drive renewal booking growth.

Own the Renewal Process: Lead and manage the entire renewal lifecycle, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.Proactive Risk Mitigation: Analyze and forecast renewal risks up to 180 days prior to contract expiration, addressing potential challenges before they arise.Exceed Targets: Drive your assigned territory to consistently surpass quarterly and annual renewal bookings goals.Insightful Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable, and data-driven updates to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.Strategic Collaboration: Partner with sales, customer success, and cross-functional teams to identify at-risk accounts and design effective churn mitigation strategies.Culture of Excellence: Foster a high-performance, customer-first team culture rooted in integrity and collaboration. What We Look For
