We are hiring a Renewals Sales Rep to lead the renewals process.
This role will work closely with sales and management to maintain and strengthen customer relationships, drive renewal orders, manage customer communications, and identify expansion opportunities for the field sales team.
The role will manage the renewals book of business for the APAC region and may require working independently due to time zone differences.
Responsibilities
Identify customer needs, uncover issues, and demonstrate strong account management to drive renewal opportunities to timely closure.
Fully support the sales team, partners and distributors on renewal sales.
Maintain expert pipeline management and deliver quota targets reliably.
Proactively partner with Sales and Customer Success on top risks and red accounts.
Accurately forecast renewals and identify risks of slipping, including communicating any gaps.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities early for field sales.
Participate in weekly forecast meetings and provide accurate sales reports and forecasts for review.
Provide global renewal management with visibility to regional renewal trends and key events.
Work with support and training to ensure technical questions are resolved prior to renewal due date.
Uphold Nozomi Networks’ cultural pillars and mission with transparency and trust.
Qualifications
Track record in renewal, sales or customer service, preferably within cybersecurity or IT.
Tenacious, target-oriented, and detail-focused with the ability to meet/exceed goals.
Self-motivated with strong communication skills, including presentation and active listening, and a positive phone presence.
Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities with strong time management.
CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) and strong MS Excel skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English; multilingual proficiency is a plus.
