Responsibilities
- Review current products and processes, propose upgrades, and implement improvements that drive efficiency, cost reduction, and overall performance.
- Carry out assessments of new materials and equipment, ensuring adherence to operational and safety standards.
- Support the setup and commissioning of machinery and systems in line with project requirements.
- Plan and perform experiments, collect and interpret data, and prepare reports to inform development strategies.
- Assist in the ideation and development of products for new applications, ensuring technical feasibility and effectiveness.
- Draft and maintain standard operating procedures while ensuring proprietary processes and intellectual assets are protected.
- Provide organizational and communication support to leadership to enable smooth execution of projects across teams.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in research and development or a related field
- Candidate must be comfortable to work in the Tuas area.
