provides a complete pipeline for Structural Biology to accelerate discovery in basic and applied Bioscience.
At NISB, we aim to integrate a comprehensive set of Structural Biology tools to address fundamental questions in biology, to understand human diseases and to accelerate structure-based drug discovery.
We have the expertise and equipment to bring your gene of interest from plasmid to atomic level structure using a series of state-of-the art platforms for Protein expression, biophysical characterization and imaging using cryo-EM, tomography or X-ray crystallography.

We are seeking a Research Assistant or Research Associate to support the protein expression platform and contribute to general laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform protein expression and purification using various expression systems.
Conduct macromolecule functional characterization and binding analysis experiments.
Prepare reports for clients and participate in result discussions.
Support general platform operations, including safety and risk assessments, equipment maintenance, procurement, billing, and other related tasks.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Biological Sciences or related fields.
Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in molecular cloning, protein expression, and purification are highly preferred.
Experience with insect or mammalian cell systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
A strong interest in scientific research and a proactive approach to learning and innovation.
