We are looking for a talented and motivated postdoctoral fellow to join the Genome Re-InnovaTion Lab ( part of the Synthetic Biology Translational Research Programme at the National University of Singapore, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
This position is funded by a Ministry of Education Tier-2 grant focused on improving the safety of genome editing tools through high-throughput experimental profiling and artificial intelligence.
The successful candidate will lead efforts to generate and analyze genome-wide data that capture how editing enzymes interact with DNA in various chromatin and cellular contexts.
This work will directly support the development of AI models to predict off-target effects across clinically relevant cell types, including primary cells and 3D organoid systems.
Remuneration will be commensurate to the candidate's qualifications and experience.
