Research Fellow, NUS Business School and NUS Care Unit
The National University of Singapore (NUS) invites applications for a 2-year research fellow position in the Department of Management and Organization and NUS Care Unit, ideally beginning in
August 2025 .
We seek individuals committed to conducting excellent scholarly research in Organizational Behavior/Applied Psychology, especially in areas like interpersonal relations, dysfunctional workplace behaviors (such as incivility and harassment), and diversity and inclusion in organizations.
Candidates with related interests are welcome to apply.
The research fellow will collaborate closely with Associate Professor Sandy Lim and her team on various projects, including a funded study on integrating persons with disabilities into the workplace.
The primary focus will be on producing high-quality research suitable for top management and psychology journals.
This position requires physical presence in Singapore; relocation funding is not provided.
The role offers a competitive salary and has no teaching duties.
The fellowship is renewable for an additional year based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute research projects using methodologies like surveys, experiments, and interviews
Present research findings at conferences and meetings
Prepare manuscripts for academic publication
Manage datasets ensuring data integrity
Qualifications
PhD in psychology, management, organizational behavior, or a related field (candidates near completion must finish before starting)
Excellent English communication and writing skills
Proven experience in management or psychological research
Record of publishing in peer-reviewed international journals
Strong quantitative data analysis skills (e.g., proficiency in SPSS, R, MPlus), with willingness to learn new skills
