**Minimum qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 3 years of experience in executive search, management consulting or in-house recruitment.



**Preferred qualifications:**



+ 6 years of experience in executive search, management consulting or in-house recruitment.

+ Experience in firsthand candidate engagement and assessment.

+ Experience in creating search strategies, mapping markets, gleaning industry insights and working on process and data quality.

+ Experience in owning and driving the search strategy with the ability to set the goal and prioritize based on market insights.

+ Ability to work on search processes including candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation.

**Responsibilities**



+ Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for executive searches across various suites of Google product areas including Tech and Non-tech.

+ Partner with Executive Recruiters and collaborate to provide domain and market insights and trends, and to advise internal stakeholders on talent for their business needs.

+ Source candidates internally and externally.

+ Build relationships with candidates.

+ Innovate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems and processes.
