We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Researcher to join our recruitment team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in building and nurturing our candidate pipeline, with a strong emphasis on cold calling to identify opportunities, gather market intelligence, and expand our reach.
This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, articulate, and confident in engaging decision-makers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted cold calls to identify talent network.
- Research and map boutique industries to build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Support consultant with candidate sourcing, CV screening, and initial phone interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, contacts, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to support business development.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions, adverts, and outreach materials as needed.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone.
- Confidence in cold calling and ability to handle objections professionally.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, resilient, and results-driven.
- Previous experience in recruitment, telesales, or market research is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
