- Manage day-to-day duty (Rooms/Calls & Transportation service)

- To adhere to all SOPs while performing assigned tasks
- To be able to respond to requests for information, services and assistance in a timely manner.
- To work seamlessly as a team and communicate at all times (Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills)
- Actively support an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence
- Reservation Supervisor will carry out a short daily / weekly meeting to provide latest updates to the team.
- To familiarize with the room layouts and good knowledge of the facilities available in the room.
To assist to arrange chauffeur service from client preferred vendor.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a reservation agent in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in multiple languages (an asset).
