The role of a Reservation & Ticketing Executive is to manage bookings, reservations, and inquiries efficiently.
This involves accurate ticketing, confirmations, and changes for passengers.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently under pressure, possess strong team player skills with excellent interpersonal skills, and be proficient in Air Ticketing and GDS (Amadeus).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookings, reservations, and inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure accurate ticketing, confirmations, and changes for passengers.
- Handle passenger and agent inquiries via phone and email.
- Process reservations, redemptions, and issuance promptly.
- Keep member accounts updated and inform clients about promotions.
- Address feedback and complaints effectively.
- Participate in strategic planning and identify new business opportunities.
- Perform duties assigned by management to improve the Quality Management System.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience with airfares and reservations.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Air Ticketing and GDS (Amadeus).
