  • Sales – Direct Sales responsible for new business and revenue generation, supporting customers in finding products, solutions, and services that best meet their needs.

  • Sets the direction and policies for sales activities, and manages the execution of these plans.

  • Direct Sales area responsible for the production and origination of bank loan products, working directly with customers throughout the loan origination process.

  • Consumer Banking covers activities related to providing services and products directly to consumers through various business channels.

    This group includes retail banking, consumer lending, auto finance, small business banking, and related business areas.
