Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Up to $2,600/month + Commissions
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions.
- Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions securely.
- Manage invoicing and ensure timely payment collection.
- Process purchase orders accurately and follow up promptly.
- Update internal systems to ensure accurate data.
- Serve as the point of contact between the sales team, clients, and vendors.
- Assist with other ad hoc duties when needed.
Requirements:
- Possesses minimum GCE 'O' Level with 2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with data entry.
- Ability to handle cash and payment transactions responsibly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
