Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers, delivering excellent in-store experiences
- Introduce, explain, and demonstrate products and services to potential users.
- Assist customers with account sign-ups, app navigation, and product features.
- Provide guidance on promotions, campaigns, and ongoing events.
- Handle inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Assist in organizing in-store workshops, events, and community-building activities.
- Achieve store and personal KPIs related to customer engagement and conversions.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with mobile apps and digital products.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Interest in finance, trading, or investment products.
