Responsibilities
- Handling reception-related duties for customers (this center takes appointments system, so it is necessary to provide one-on-one service)
- General administrative duties for the store
- Accompanying and interpreting for executives visiting from Japan
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as reception or customer service
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Japanese (N2 level) language to liaise with internal and external Mandarin-speaking and Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Able to work on weekends
